Making Mandalas Out of Molehills

I believe everyone has the capacity for growth and healing. I feel deeply honored to journey alongside my clients as they face the challenges of being human. I value creating a space for my clients where anything can be said and explored without fear of judgment. I love helping individuals identify and embrace all parts of themselves, even their dark or “shadowy” sides. This process can lead to greater empowerment and authenticity. Many of my clients describe feeling "stuck" in patterns that no longer serve them. This can manifest as perfectionism, self-defeating behaviors and relationships, and an inability to make sustainable changes in their life.

The phrase “making mandalas out of molehills” originated as a way to guide my work with clients. Mandalas are geometric figures symbolizing self-unity and wholeness. They honor the dance between order and chaos, and restoring beauty and balance in the world. This is how I strive to help you approach challenges - use your own “molehills” as an opportunity to grow, and learn how to apply creative and flexible solutions, rather than resist or intensify them.

My Clinical Approach

I utilize a holistic and integrative approach that draws upon a number of modalities to best meet you where you are. Establishing a relationship built on warmth, trust, and authenticity is the foundation upon which I work. I am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, Exposure and Response Prevention, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I also appreciate using experiential exercises, symbolism, the Enneagram, and dream work as allies in the process toward deeper healing and self-development.
